Imphumelelo Perway & Civil Works (Pty) Ltd was formed in 2003, it is a product of an outsourcing exercise carried out by Eswatini Railway, wherein the former employees of Eswatini Railway infra maintenance department formed the company on the 11th August 2003 to provide infra-maintenance services to Eswatini Railway. It is registered under the Companies act of 1912. Registration No. 846 of 2003.
